Where the hell have I been? Well, burnt out, overburdened at work, and getting through a very tough winter and spring. I'm not sure if things are truly looking up for 2015 yet, but let's hope so.

With all the changes, my project goals have gone through some revamping too. But I recently learned that telling your goals to others makes you less likely to achieve them, so I won't say any more about that.

Let me tell you about my wall calendar instead.

Every year I make my own on snapfish.com. It started after the Harry Potter movies ended and I didn't have anything fresh to put on my wall each year. Each year has a theme, and recent years the themes have centered around the cast of characters created by me and comma_chameleon, or rather the real life people who inspire the looks of the characters (since it is about pictures, after all). This year's calendar is AU pairings, and I also happened to send one off to her as well.

I was looking at my calendar this month and couldn't get a scene between the characters out of my head. I decided to write it. Then I decided to try writing a scene for each month's pairing. Then comma_chameleon decided we should challenge each other to a headcanon scene duel for the pairings.

SO IT'S ON.

I dunno if we're winning anything because how can we win at this, but it should be fun at least.

Rules are:
-1 scene only
-Must be 200-850 words

So much for being back in the swing of things. Sorry for the dedness, my life's been depressing lately. Had a minor emergency that came with an astronomical ER bill that maybe I will have the balls to try and contest, plus I'm trying to get out of my crummy job. :/ Wish me luck!

Also, apologies, this is a shorter volume than usual, and much more boring as well. I do have more I've been working on, which I'll try and post either tomorrow or Friday.

Wooooo I did it before midnight finally! Ugh I am so sick this week. Blehhhh.

Lately my drabbles have been serving as writing warm-ups for a new short story I'm doing, so... if they suck, that's my excuse. Though that was kind of their intended purpose in the first place, so meh.

GUESS WHAT, NEW CHARACTER OMG. I can't even call him a revamp, more like an entirely new person to replace an old one. He'll probably be in a few more drabbles next week, too.

WHOA volume thirty!!!

Welp... wound up having to do another double post week. Though at least not all on the same day this time, I guess. It was hard getting back into the swing of work, plus I got some really shitty news last week that left me less than enthusiastic to visit drabblelandland.

Anywho. I kinda stole Saru's idea about doing long series of drabbles, the goal being a week's worth of one plotline. I kinda did it with Chris last time, and this time... I forgot I'd done two parts already, sooo this is a nine-parter. >.>

Been back from Hawaii for a few days now... bacation is sadly drawing to an end. :(

Happily, though, I've been able to keep up with my drabbles! Yay~. Also, it's another double posting day since I've got two weeks of posting to catch up with. >.>;

Well, that break turned out to be way longer than the two weeks I was expecting. And sorry to say, I only picked it back up again mid-week, so this is a short volume. :( But it feels good to be writing again! Hopefully I can keep it up over bacation.

Drabble daaaaay. Well, a day late. I have Thursdays off again, and I'm a procrastinator. >.> There's still just a week's worth in here, though, because THAT'S HOW THIS WORKS.

There's a surprise reveal in one of these drabbles, something I was keeping secret for my EVC books. But I was nostalgic, and it's not set in stone anyway, so I figured why not. I miss working on EVC... I need to import it to Scrivener. *makes mental note*

Lots of band drabbles this time, most likely because I spent a ridiculous amount of time making my own Traction Yen calendar on snapfish.com. BUT IT DOES LOOK AMAZING, SO. WORTH IT.
